Hair Loss - What To Do?

Is hair loss a sign that something is wrong with your organism? Or there is nothing strange that you may find several straights of hair on your pillow every morning?

It should be noted that a typical woman sheds daily between 60 and 100 hairs. But when it is much more excessive, female hair loss should be treated as a problem. There are various reasons for such a process and as usual it involves hair thinning, when the new hair shaft is much thinner, or (which is worse) the hair follicles are not regenerating strands that have fallen out.

There are various hair loss causes and the treatment for them are also different.

1. Hormonal imbalance

Cases resulting from these hair loss causes are predominant among males. Women are affected by hormonal hair loss after pregnancy or menopause. The great hormonal changes in the woman’s body affect her whole physiology and body functions. It is not so easy to identify that you have problems with your hormones and as a rule, one needs to turn to the doctor so that he will prescribe a hormonal correcting treatment.

2. Poor Nutrition

It is necessary to supply your organism with all the necessary vitamins and minerals so that your skin will be soft and your hair shine. Eat milk products (and especially curds are necessary for your hair. Eat it not less than twice a week and you will see the result). Fish is the other source of calcium which make your hair strong. Eat it with vegetables at least once a week.

3. Psychological imbalances

Intensively stressful periods in your life can lead to extensive hair loss. An emotional trauma can be one of psychological hair loss causes which can also result in poor skin and bad digestion. So, take care about yourself and look great!
